AKSU GmbH takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration. Our website can be used without providing any personal data.
If you use the contact form, you will be asked to provide personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses). This is done on a voluntary basis. The data collected in this way will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

Our web hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to it.

This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to subsequently check this data if we become aware of specific indications of illegal use.

Contact form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions.
The data is transmitted via an SSL connection, i.e. encrypted. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
Duration of storage
The data stored in the server log files are stored by our web hosting provider for a maximum of 7 days and then made anonymous. Data whose further storage is required for evidence purposes are excluded from anonymization until the respective incident has been finally clarified. As the website operator, we only have access to anonymous visitor data. Server logs are kept for five years and then deleted.
Data transmitted to us via the contact form is usually stored until the request has been dealt with and then deleted, unless you have given us your consent for further storage.
Your right to information, correction, deletion and objection
You have the right to receive information about the personal data stored by us. You also have the right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability.
In accordance with Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority if you believe that your personal data has been processed unlawfully.
